BONNEY LAKE – Walmart and Goodwill have teamed to add a new attended donation station for the nonprofit agency at the Bonney Lake Walmart, 19205 State Route 410 E. The station began service Nov. 21.

“This new donation station will provide greater convenience for our valued Bonney Lake donors,” said Terry A. Hayes, Tacoma Goodwill CEO. “Donations to Goodwill and shopping at our stores are ways people support our job-training and placement programs that serve thousands of people across the area.”

The donation station is open daily, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Goodwill seeks “gently used” and ready-to- sell clothing and household items. For a complete list of donation sites or to check what gently used items Goodwill accepts, go online to www.tacomagoodwill.org and click on “Donate.”

“We’re dedicated to our community,” said Rebecca DeLine, community involvement coordinator for Walmart in Bonney Lake. “When we can help an organization benefit the community then everyone wins.”
