The Retail Supervisor will supervise the Cashier Clerks, Production Workers and Donations Attendants in the absence of higher management. Will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Tacoma Goodwill’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Qualifications: Three to six months related experience and/or training. $10-11.50/hr DOE. Current opening at the Outlet store in Tacoma.
