Please remember to bring the following items with you to the workshop:
- Photo ID
- Social Security Number
- Last two years of W-2′s and most recent tax return
- Complete file for first (and if applicable) second mortgage
- Other account balances and monthly payment information such as: credit cards, student loans, car loans, etc.
- Any other documents that you may have if you have been working on a modification for your mortgage.
