The PWI Career Consultant is responsible for job preparation, unsubsidized employment and employment retention services for participants who have a documented disability and have graduated from Goodwill and other training programs. The Consultant will provide employment and retention service to assist with barrier reduction for participants enrolled in the Tacoma Goodwill Industries Projects with Industry (PWI) program. It will also involve teaching job seeking skills to participants in order to assist them in obtaining and maintaining meaningful employment. The Consultant collaborates with instructors, referral sources, employers, participants and the PWI Program and Case Managers. The Consultant is responsible for reporting participant progress and required documentation of qualified individuals while facilitating their employment into the workplace. This position is located in Longview, WA and has a pay wage of $15/hr.
