Excitement mounts as final preparations for the Ready to Work Breakfast are completed: materials are being moved to the convention center, the tables are being set and volunteers are hard at work. Tomorrow morning from 7:30am to 9:00am the breakfast will take place in the Greater Tacoma Convention and Trade Center.
The Ready to Work Breakfast celebrates Goodwill program graduates and business partners helping make a difference in the community. At the Breakfast, attendees have the chance to meet current and recent program graduates who are “Ready to Work”. Their stories inspire and serve to remind everyone of the very real challenges people face to go to work.
