The Goodwill Business Advisory Council is a group of business representatives who care about Goodwill and want to change lives by helping people with disabilities or disadvantages go to work. HOW THE COUNCIL WORKS
Business Advisory Council members do this through creating meaningful business relationships and advising Goodwill’s Workforce Development staff on issues such as:

* Business and contracting needs for employers
* Current issues for employers
* Particular training gaps and needs for employers

The Business Advisory Council also advocates for Goodwill in the community referring potential employers and/or clients to Goodwill. The group meets quarterly at locations throughout the community.
