Ready to Work Breakfast: Goodwill’s annual event to celebrate program participants and raise funds for its Scholarship fund takes place in early May each year.
About the event
The Ready to Work Breakfast celebrates Goodwill program graduates and business partners helping make a difference in the community. At the Breakfast, attendees have the chance to meet current and recent program graduates who are “Ready to Work”. Their stories inspire and serve to remind everyone of the very real challenges people face to go to work.
Become a sponsor
The Breakfast attracts more than 700 business people from Tacoma, Pierce County and South Puget Sound. Sponsorships ensure that all the money raised at the event goes toward Goodwill’s scholarship fund–to help people with disabilities or disadvantages receive the job-training and placement services they need.
