Applications are reviewed for retail, production, donation centers and business services on a continuous basis. Depending on current vacancies, your application may be sent to the hiring manager for further review and consideration. Submitting an application does not guarantee that you will be offered employment at Tacoma Goodwill Industries.

Submit Application Materials
For most entry level positions, submitting the Tacoma Goodwill employment application is sufficient to be considered for employment. For some specialized positions, there may be additional materials required such as a resume, cover letter, etc. It is important to submit all the requested materials. Resumes are accepted for all positions.

Criminal History Checks and Drug Screening
As a candidate you must agree to undergo a criminal history background check. Be sure to read the information about Crimes Against Persons on the application and answer truthfully regarding your criminal background. Results of background inquiries will not necessarily disqualify you for employment, but will be considered when making a hiring decision.

All offers of employment are contingent on passing the drug screening test.
