The Custodial Skills Training Program provides up-to-date training plus evaluations in positive work behaviors or “soft skills,” which are necessary to obtain, keep and progress in a job. The program includes seven Janitorial/Custodial Skill Sets that includes traditional cleaning duties and additional information on fire safety, health hazards, energy conservation, environmental concerns and building security.

The training system allows a person to start the course at any point. Graduation occurs with satisfactory performance evaluations from the course instructor in all Skill Sets. For more, see the brochure here.
