It’s a win-win for donors, Goodwill and the environment: old computers, laptops, TV’s and monitors are reused through the sales at our stores or responsibly recycled – keeping items out of the waste stream entirely and supporting Goodwill’s job training and placement programs.

We’ve got great news: clothes and linens that aren’t reusable can be recycled into industrial wiping cloths, sound-proofing and other insulation and more. So along with reusable clothes, gather up your mismatched socks, ripped t-shirts and faded, old sheets and bring them to Goodwill. MORE clothes, shoes and linens are acceptable than ever before — the good, the bad and the ugly —as long as they’re not wet, mildewed or contaminated with hazardous materials.
