YouthBuild Graduation bringing the Goodwill mission to life

Who We Are

Established in 2003, Goodwill Heritage Foundation raises awareness and funding for Goodwill of the Olympics & Rainier Region. Goodwill Heritage Foundation partners with individuals, corporations and private foundations in the community to support job training programs and educational opportunities for people who have barriers to employment in 15 counties in western and south central Washington.

Every year, thousands of people in our region struggle to find jobs. At Goodwill, we believe that by training people with the necessary skills to find employment, we are helping to strengthen families, reduce dependency on government subsidies, and build stronger communities. Goodwill Heritage Foundation works with interested supporters to find meaningful ways to invest in the mission of Goodwill.

Jobs change lives. Join us and help make a brighter future for someone in our community. Donate today.

How Your Support Helps

THE SCHOLARSHIP FUND has the most direct impact on individual participants. This fund allows us to provide training to individuals who do not meet the qualifications of alternate funding and would otherwise not be able to benefit from the programs offered at Goodwill. By giving to the Scholarship Fund, you will know that you have given someone the chance to change his or her life.

THE MISSION FUND benefits all participants engaged in job training programs by providing programmatic support for workforce development. Goodwill is a state accredited teaching institution committed to providing high-quality accredited courses. The Mission Fund helps provide employee training, equipment, and resources that allow us to serve 750 people per month.

Gifts to the AREA OF GREATEST NEED offset immediate needs that arise outside of the individual need for scholarship funds or the programmatic needs of specific job training programs. Often these needs are widespread with our participant population and can include assistance with basic needs such as food or transportation to and from job training and new employment. A gift to the Area of Greatest Need allows Goodwill to address urgent needs that go above and beyond the support participants receive through the Mission Fund or Scholarship Fund.
